High-frequency Spark tester for wire and cable production line with
CE certificate: SS015K series high-frequency spark tester is an
efficient and reliable product inspection device that can be used
to precisely detect the broken skin, pinhole and bare copper of the
conductor of the various wire and cable. It can detect the
defective layer without damaging the inside electrical conductor.
By using high frequency (3KHZ) and high volte electrode to replace
traditional (50/60HZ) high volt electrode, its electrode tip can
select a 50mm beaded-contact, copper brush, carbon brush or a
roller, which can shorten installation dimension greatly and
enhance detection speed to be ranging from 1000m/min to 2400m/min.
This device developed based on Taiwan, Europe and American
technology combination is very reliable and smart.

The Sine Wave Spark Tester is a fast and reliable instrument used

power frequency bead chain electrode to be shortened to 120mm
